If you are using the 9ÇòÌåÓý TCAD Sentaurus, TCAD Sentaurus Topography, Fammos, Raphael, Taurus TSUPREM-4, or Taurus Medici products on the SPARC Solaris platform, please read this letter carefully.

Due to the decline in the demand for TCAD Sentaurus, TCAD Sentaurus Topography, Fammos, Raphael, Taurus TSUPREM-4, and Taurus Medici on the SPARC Solaris platform, the 9ÇòÌåÓý products release C-2009.06, was the final shipping release for this platform. Subsequent new releases will no longer support the SPARC Solaris platform.

By providing you with this notice, we hope to help minimize your inconvenience in implementing this change. If you are affected by this change, 9ÇòÌåÓý is available to assist you in the migration of your 9ÇòÌåÓý products to another supported compute platform.
